Gemma and Pete – Surrey Wedding Photographer
The wonderful Gemma and Pete had a glorious Northbrook Park Wedding. The sun was shining on their beautiful September day. Everything was so perfect, and they deserved this so much! They had planned to have their wedding a year before, but due to an unexpected illness they had to postpone. This must have such a difficult time for them, not only having to deal with an illness, but to deal with moving their wedding date. Logistically this task is a bit of a nightmare, as a lot of brides during Covid19 will be figuring out at the moment. But also the heartbreak of not having your wedding day on the date you originally planned. This incredibly strong couple took it in their stride, they still managed to meet up with friends on what would have been their wedding day to have a small celebration and dance to Meatloaf. They re-planned their wedding to the new date and had this now to look forward to. For them knowing they had a new date booked in was so helpful. to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Back To 21st September
So…’Do you remember, the 21st night of September’ thank you Earth wind and Fire. I know I will remember this date! It was an absolute honour to be able to capture this day for Gemma and Pete. One I will never ever forget. As Gemma entered the Vine Room at Northbrook Park with her Dad on her arm wearing her gorgeous dress from Lush Curve Bridal, every single one of their guests clapped and cheered. I will never ever forgot this moment! It gave me goosebumps. This day was so special to them and their family because of what they had been through. They had finally got to their special day and everyone was elated for them. There was no moment of sadness, just pure happiness and joy. Gemma and Pete are both hilarious and their personalities shone through the ceremony and the whole of their day.
The rest of the day was perfect, the sun shone, the drinks flowed. There wasn’t a moment without laughter. Including the speeches! And on to another unforgettable moment. Gemma doing an impression of Arnold Schwarzenegger at the end of the speeches. What a legend!!! You guys are absolutely perfect!! I’m so happy I could be a part of this day and capture it all for you.
Also…these guys has the best every party!!! They played some absolute bangers!! And had inflatable instruments for all those important air guitar moments. I think these should be a wedding necessity!!
Gemma and Pete, thank you so much for having me there to capture your Northbrook Park wedding. It was an absolute honour and privilege, I will never forget this day. You guys are bloody awesome and love that we keep in touch!!
If you like what you see here then give me a shout and tell me about your day!
